Costco Depot Expansion Complete Neither snow nor sleet keeps SEI from getting the job done. The proof? Our recent completion of Costco’s depot expansion in Aurora, Colorado. Begun in August, 2021, this project has added 277,500 sf to an already huge facility. With 150,000 sf for e-commerce or online fulfillment, 67,500 sf for cold storage, and 60,000 dedicated to dry goods, Costco can now serve even more stores and members throughout the region.
