Rocket City Costco Has Smooth Landing

With ideal soil conditions, a straightforward assignment, and helpful local government, the Madison, Alabama, Costco was able to hit the target opening date without any issues at all. And Byron Hood, Project Manager, couldn’t have been happier.

The 172,327-square-foot warehouse does have a couple of extra twists. For example, the warehouse is larger to accommodate a Merchandise Delivery Operations space. And to meet increased volume, a larger loading dock.
