Just outside the Rocket City of Huntsville, Alabama, Costco’s newest warehouse is now on the launch pad. According to Project Manager Byron Hood, this 172,327-square-foot project is on its way to a smooth takeoff.
“So far, this project is one where everything has gone according to plan. The site work was straightforward and the parking lot is being handled by the developer. As a result, everything looks good for the opening on November 13th.”
Spanning 24.46 acres, this project will serve as more than a standard warehouse. It will also act as a Merchandise Delivery Operation, providing Last Mile delivery to the homes of Costco members. In addition, the Madison Costco will boast a fuel center.
