Rodney Wisecarver. Keeping SEI Financially Strong.
A successful project is more than four walls, a roof, and a foundation. It’s also about managing assets and budgets and generally keeping things on the right financial foot.
This reason is why we’re proud to have Rodney Wisecarver, CPA, on our team as CPA/Accountant. Rodney joined us in February 2021, bringing the savvy that comes from a long career in public accounting and finance—as well as fifteen years with a local accounting firm. And over the past eighteen months, he’s made his presence felt.
“We have a strong sense of team,” Rodney offers. “At the same time, we are constantly refining processes to grow more effective with every job. I aim to ensure we get better on the financial end. In a business as complex as construction, every day brings new challenges. Yet, at the same time, I love being part of a company where problem-solving is just part of the culture.”
Rodney’s financial leadership is integral to our success, helping us remain steadfast in our core values of transparency and delivering superior value to every job.

It’s a judgment that Rodney backs with his CPA designation, not to mention his membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
But Rodney’s not all about the numbers. Outside the office, he has been married to Julie for fourteen years and is the proud father of Isaac and Levi. With his two dogs, Gus and Gracie, Rodney’s other passions include coaching little league baseball, helping out on the family farm, and playing guitar in his church’s worship band.
All of which adds up to being a valued member of the SEI team.
