If someone has a disability, you can’t take anything for granted. That’s why, every year, SEI performs numerous upgrades to ensure client compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Enacted in 1990 and updated over the past three decades, the ADA has opened a world of possibilities for those with limited mobility. Our clients know the importance of this—not just because it’s the law, but because it’s the right thing to do. As a result, they call on SEI time and gain to help improve access wherever there’s a need.

Currently, SEI is working on making over a dozen client facilities ADA compliant. With contracts ranging from $30,000 to $400,000, we tackle the full range of needs. Some of these include:

• Adjust grading and slopes
• Parking stall sizing and layout
• Signage installation for parking stalls
• Removal of non-compliant accessible paths and restriping
• Sidewalks and accessible ramps
