SEI Helps Costco Build in
Bismarck, North Dakota

It seems as that there’s a Costco almost everywhere you look. For good reason, too. Because Costco means great value in a host of ways for its millions of members. And it’s looking to expand even further when it finishes its new warehouse in Bismarck, North Dakota. 

And we’re right there with them. Because Southeast Industrial Construction has broken ground on Costco’s newest location in the upper Great Plans. By the time we’re finished, the new warehouse will boast 158,000 square feet and thousands of happy new members. This project will be completed Fall 2020.

When you build in North Dakota, you face unique challenges. So while the earth work is being completed this fall, work will continue in the Spring. And we’ll be there every step of the way.
