SEI Moves Ahead on Costco

Costco Wholesale Corporation is enjoying more popularity than ever. At the same time, it’s serving customers in new and innovative ways. One example? Costco Wholesale’s expansion to the E-Commerce and Dry Goods sides of the Distribution Depot in Union City, GA. And Southeast Industrial Construction is with Costco every step of the way. 

Working in tandem with Span Construction & Engineering and MG2 Design, we’re building a state-of-the-art e-commerce facility to help deliver faster with specialized design and construction. 

Most recent developments? Additional structural steel is up, roof insulation and panels are complete, and the installation of wall panels and insulation is underway. Thanks to T&M Tilt-Up, Inc. and TMC Cranes, tilt wall panels are all fully erect with welding complete. Work continues to get backfill and roof drainage finished around the building. 

The project is slated for on-time completion in September 2019.
