SEI Begins Work on Costco in Garner, NC

Raleigh is enjoying a lot of growth. And we’re proud to help Costco take part in it.

We at SEI have begun work on Costco’s new warehouse in Garner, North Carolina. The new location, part of the larger Rand Village project, boasts a 159,521 sq. ft. warehouse on a 16-acre site. In addition, the location will have a fuel station as well as a 211,238-gallon fire tank.

Because of a planned Fall, 2021, opening date, we’re already hard at work on-site preparation and the building pad. At the same time, working in close collaboration with Rand Village’s developer, we’re meeting the challenges of the site by putting retaining walls in place.

As with every Costco project, we feel privileged to work with such a fantastic client. We look forward to helping write yet another page in Costco’s success story.
